They will go over what each fossil is while offering beneficial tips and tricks on how to find them. We will explain what to look for, different scenarios where the fossils might be hiding on the sea floor, and the most productive hunting methods for finding them. We will explain bottom conditions and go over the proper bottom terrain to focus on so you have the highest chance of finding your dream fossils. We will also review safety details and the direction we want you to navigate during your dive. This briefing takes about 15 minutes and helps to build confidence before entering the water. If you have any questions or concerns we will gladly do our best to help.

Bring your mask, fins, regulator, BC, and wetsuit if you want one. Please check our local water temp(Venice FL) to determine if you need a wetsuit to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. If you dont have your own gear please text Captain Dustin at&nbsp;(941)-525-8744&nbsp;and let him know what gear you need and your sizing at least 2 days prior to your dive date and he will bring it on board.

This is a 3 tank dive trip, its $200 per person for the three tank dive. We supply tanks, weights, mesh fossil bags and plenty of drinking water. All other gear would need to be provided buy you, if you need rental gear we can supply that at an additional cost and will need to know what's needed including your sizing 2 days prior to the dive date. The tanks we provide are Aluminum 80s with yoke valves. We meet at 7:30 a.m for the dive and return around 2 p.m .&nbsp; Very good dive for all skill levels with depths ranging from 15 to 34 ft. We Dive 3 different locations on each trip. We run a 32ft Boston Whaler Outrage, very comfortable and stable boat.&nbsp;All divers must be Open Water Dive Certified with a valid dive card to be presented before departure of the dive trip.&nbsp; We take a deposit of 50% to lock in the spot. The boat needs 4 divers to leave the dock.
